The LORD has chosen Zion, He has desired it for His dwelling. Psalm 132:13

Praise The LORD!

Praise Him with the timbrel and dance; Praise Him with stringed instruments and flutes. Ps. 150:4

Praise The LORD!

In Psalm 150, the psalmist describes the importance of praising God. It reiterates why, how, and who should praise God.

Why we should praise God?
Our God is an awesome God. He is worthy to be praised, for who He is, great and mighty, powerful and majestic. He is our Savior and Redeemer. His kingdom reigns forever.

How we should praise God?
Along with a heart of worship, our praise can also include any musical instruments. It creates a joyful noise unto the Lord.

Who should praise God?
The dead could not praise God. Everything that has breath should praise God, for he is our creator. He has sustained us and put the breath in our lungs.

We are created to praise Him. This morning, if we are still alive and hold His breath in our lungs, we are called to worship Him and praise Him in the Sanctuary or wherever we are placed. May we join with the saints and hosts of angels in praising this great God, for this is what we will be doing in eternity.

Hallelujah!
