The LORD thy God will make thee plenteous in every work of thine hand. Deut. 30:9
This is a conditional promise of restoration given to the Israelites by God, which was conveyed to them by Moses. Moses warns the Israelites to repent of their sins and to follow all of God’s commandments, in order to be blessed by the LORD. Likewise, we are also warned to turn away from our sins and iniquities and obey the Lord, so as to receive blessings from our Heavenly Father. These are spiritual blessings as well as earthly. We’re called to obey him and when we do that, the LORD will prosper all the work of our hands!
Prayer – Loving Heavenly Father, thank you for your promise of restoration. We repent of our sins and turn back to you. Teach us to abide by your word and follow you. In Jesus name I pray, Amen!
