I will make thine horn iron, and I will make thy hoofs brass. Mic. 4:13
God’s word “The Bible” is really amazing and true. It has the origins of creation and mankind. It also has the end of humanity and the reality of eternity precisely written down in the order that it is going to unveil in the future while we or the coming generations would see with our naked eyes.
Micah 4 speaks about the end days and in V 11 we see the present state of God’s chosen country “Israel” and also of many around the world who are being persecuted for their faith’s sake. But, v 12 shows the future state which is not very far. All these folks are being gathered to be beaten and trampled. But why doesn’t God act? It is not great if GOD again tramples Satan and his forces. He has already done it. Now, it’s the Lord’s desire that HIS church tramples Satan. And that’s the promise he gives in v 13.
Only an Able God can help a feeble man trample Satan.
Though we might not be in a persecuted state today, as we begin this day let us pray for earthly Jerusalem and also the spiritual Jerusalem (all the saints worldwide, most of them going through persecution even right now for standing up for their faith) that they faint not and wait until the Lord makes their horn iron and hoofs brass to trample the enemy soon.
