Everything you do, do it in the mode of worshiping our Lord
Colossians 3:23
"Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people."
This is one of my favorite verse because one day I came home highly stressed from a work situation, struggling what to do to handle my situation and my Mom has quoted this verse to me and explained me that do my best and do it as you would do it for God not for a human. In our daily life, we all encounter different types of situations at our work, families, or churches. We often get frustrated because of an extraordinary workload, unreasonable level of expectations, professional jealousy, or politics to push us down. We must put ourselves immediately into prayer mode asking our Lord our Savior to help us out, use the scriptures to provide us the guidance and wisdom we need to handle the situation in a spiritual way and make all of our efforts to do our best to meet what is requested or required and leave the rest on Him. Let’s do everything in a manner of worshiping Him, glorifying His name with our best attitude which shows His presence working through us. This is not easy but when we put Him first, He will make all things new and beautiful.
