Through Christ You are Made New.
2 Corinthians 5:17:
“This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old Life is gone; a new Life has begun.”
When we accept Christ, we can witness many events in our lives where we aren’t the same person compared to when we weren’t saved. We’ll notice changes in our behavior and interactions with other people. This is a direct example that Christ is using to show you that through Him, you have been changed for the better. God is constantly working in us, once we accept Him. However, this doesn’t mean that we won’t face trials and tribulations. When we accept Christ we not only become new in Him but we also face new and harder problems. The thing is that the devil sees us developing into people of God and he tries to divert us from reaching that goal. He does that by destroying things which might provide stability, or he try to constantly reminds us of our sins and unworthiness. Instead of succumbing and listening to the devil, we can live like Christ. When the devil tries to put us down by reminding us of our sins, remind him of the God you have and the promises He has made. Rejoice in the fact that through Jesus’s sacrifice you have been changed for the better for good.
