Remind them to be subject to rulers and authorities, to obey, to be ready for every good work. Titus 3:1
Spiritual privileges do not make void but confirm the civil duties. Paul must be using the words "Remind them" because being submissive to the rulers and authorities is easily forgotten. The inclusion of this verse in the scriptures signifies the importance of being it. While we are expected to be submissive and obedient to the rulers and authorities, it is also clearly mentioned to do it for every good work and not evil one for God is holy.
