There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee nor forsake thee.

Today’s Verse:
After the mourning for Moses was finished, God spoke to Joshua and instructed him to lead the nation and promised him that he would be always with him as he was with Moses, Also GOD promised him that he would give victory to Israel in all battles over all enemies and no one can stop him taking promised land.
The Christian can rely on the same promise. Because we believers belong to Christ, we need never suffer defeat. No enemy can defeat us, although we are weak in our flesh, and we are one against many in the world, although Satan is far stronger. In Christ we are invincible (Rom. 8:33-39). The issue being contested is our faith, and if our faith remains strong despite attacks and sufferings, we have triumphed over our enemies.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, thanks for this day. Dear Father, when the troubles of life begin to mount and I can see no way out, help me to trust in you and sing your praises all the more. There are days when I struggle to make sense of the world, help me to remember that no matter what may come, you are always with me as you said that you never leave me nor forsake me. Amen.
