The LORD has chosen Zion, He has desired it for His dwelling. Psalm 132:13

Look ahead for Good work

"Do not call to mind the former things, Or ponder things of the past."-Isa 43:18

Today’s Verse:

As Isaiah writes prophetically to Israel who were mired in the desperate circumstances of captivity and exile. God wants Israel people to put the focus on his new work which He is going to do in the future.

For something better is going to be done in the future than all that God has done in the past. He will eclipse all his previous achievements, and outdo the mightiest of his own miracles. Do not look merely upon what God has done,  but look to the future, and remember that he is able to do the same again.

Dear friends, do not always dwell on the past. You may say that the former things and former times were better than now. Do not say so, but believe this promise of Jehovah, “Behold, I will do a new thing.”( Isa 43:19).

Prayer:

Heavenly Father, thanks for this day. Lord, grant me a miracle like such and let it just be an addition to the countless You’ve performed in my life. I thank You for hearing my prayers and granting me this miracle.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned in the Bible, it’s the miraculous feats that Your power can do. Father, like so, I pray for Your divine mercy and that You heal me completely in body, mind, and soul. Let Your divine power wash through all the nooks and crannies in my body and fill it up in The Name of Jesus. Make me whole and a walking testimony. In the name of Jesus, Amen
