The LORD has chosen Zion, He has desired it for His dwelling. Psalm 132:13

Salvation and Healing Only in The Name of Jesus Christ!

“My praises are for you alone!” – Jeremiah 17:14

Jeremiah, who was a priest by birth and a prophet by calling, seems to have been torn by the message he had to deliver. Interceding for his people on the one hand, yet on the other, standing as God's messenger to warn them of His coming judgment, the psychological and emotional pressures made his physical suffering at the hands of his own countrymen and family even harder to bear. Unlike them, however, he knew where to turn when his heart was overwhelmed. Crying to the Lord for healing and salvation, he knew that he would be heard and that the God who called him would sustain him until the end of his earthly journey.

Jeremiah has discovered something beautiful about God. God is all-powerful. If we are to be healed, God will do it. If we are to be saved, God will have to do it. Man cannot heal himself, neither can he save himself. Let us, like him, be uncompromising in our obedience, and firm in our trust on the One who alone is our praise, the source of our strength, and the rock of our salvation.

“Sing to the Saviour a song of praise;

Come, let us worship the Lord.

Trust in His might; walk in His light –

Come, let us worship, worship the Lord.

Great are His wonders and grand His ways –

Come, let us worship the Lord.

Heavens proclaim, “Jesus shall reign.”

Come, let us worship, worship the Lord.”  ~ Ron Hamilton
