Luke 12:40 Be ye therefore ready also: for the Son of man cometh at an hour when ye think not.
You Also Must Be Ready.
The whole passage (35 – 48v.) talks about master & thief and master & servants parables. But Jesus gives His conclusion in between these parables – “Therefore, you also be ready…” and the evenmore alarming part is – ‘He comes when you do not expect Him’.
A faithful and wise servant will be Delighted to see His Master’s Return because he was Deligent in being watchful and ready for His Master’s Return.
God never asked us to PREDICT His Day but to be PREPARED for that BIG DAY.
There was a battery in India – ‘Eveready”.
Praying that we be like that.
