The LORD has chosen Zion, He has desired it for His dwelling. Psalm 132:13

Gods own people

I will walk among you, and will be your God, and ye shall be my people – Lev 26:12

In Old Testament days, God dwelt among Israelites-the chosen generation. God dwelt in their midst during their wilderness journey. In  Numbers 5:3, God is ordering  to cleanse the camp, You must send away male and female alike, send them outside the camp, so that they will not defile their camp, where I dwell among them.

In the New Testament days, God (Holy Spirit) is dwelling inside every believer. When we walk in the Spirit, we’re relying on His strength to accomplish God’s will. As a result, we will not lean on our own understanding but will rely on Him.  We may experience distress, but we won’t become desperate. We will not be influenced by situtation.

He rules our hearts. For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said: "I will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be My people.” –  2 Corinthians 6:16

Prayer:   Thank you Lord for filling us with your holy spirit and empowering us with your spiritual gifts. In Jesus name I pray – Amen!!!!
