The hardest and most troubling thing for us or our loved ones to go through is “Death”. But this is inevitable.
Apostle Paul in this chapter, reminds us of the hope, a believer can have in the resurrection of Jesus Christ, our first fruits. At His coming, once He delivers the kingdom to God the Father, after destroying every rule, every authority and power, He is going to destroy death, that we may live with HIM forever.
What a triumphal victory that would be! The victory over the power of sin and death and we will be changed into spiritual bodies bearing the image of Jesus. What a glorious sight would that be!
As we all await the Lord’s coming, may we know Him more and the power of HIS resurrection, that through HIM we may overcome our temptations and stand as victors even in our daily lives.
