Acts 20:28
The Church of God in other words the body of Christ consists of all those whose sins are forgiven by the blood of Christ.
Purchased? – This is the strangest & unique purchase ever done on the face of the Earth.
Purchased by whom? – Jesus
Purchased for whom? – For Himself
Why are we in marketplace at all? – Because we were sold to sin when our first parents (Adam and Eve) became prey to satan’s voice.
Why the blood has to be paid? – Because without the shedding of the blood there is no remission for sin.
Are we so valuable? – Yes because we are created in His own image.
Dearly Beloved, We are so precious in the sight of God that He had to purchase us with His own blood. As you begin this day be encouraged no matter what situation you are in, what status you belong to, how foolish you seem to this world or what emotional situations you are going through that you are Precious in the sight of God who is Almighty and Powerful.
