Every one of us shall give an account of himself to God. Rom 14:12
This a very dreadful statement irrespective of where we are in our spiritual maturity. Isn’t it? We have no right to judge our fellow brother or sister, for we will all have our works tested at the judgment seat of Christ. This is not the White Throne Judgement mentioned in Revelation 20:11-15, but 2 Corinthians 5:10 reminds us that ” For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may receive according to what he has done in the body, whether good or evil..”. We should be careful how we build upon the foundation that God has laid. ( 1 Corinthians 3:10). We must make up our mind not to put any stumbling block or obstacle in the way of a brother or sister. (Romans 14:13) We don’t have to give an account of our brother’s life, so we have no right to condemn him today.
Prayer: Dear Lord, One day, I will stand in front of you. Help me Lord to live a life that will stand the fiery test before You, life that will win rewards for Your glory.
