The LORD has chosen Zion, He has desired it for His dwelling. Psalm 132:13

Commit and Trust

Commit your way to the Lord, Trust also in Him, and He will do it. Psa. 37:5

Moses trusted in the Lord at the beach of the Red Sea with oceans in the front and enemies behind. He committed his way to the Lord and the Lord parted the Red Sea and the Israelites could cross the waters with drowning enemies in the back.
And many in the Bible trusted in the Lord and were blessed. They were men just like us. But God used them as mighty warriors. By committing our way to the Lord we surrender our plans and thoughts to Him.

Certain times he would let us go ahead with our plan.
Certain times he would reroute us.
Certain times he would hinder us in taking that route.

In all this, it's for our good. The consequences of Trusting Him is blessing and peace.
Trusting in the Lord is the toughest job ever for a believer.

May God give us enough strength to Trust in Him always.
