What is the “strongest” and “longest” bone in our body? It is the “femur” (upper leg bone). It is stronger than steel and 4x stronger than concrete. The strength of this bone is impressive that it can carry up to 30 times the weight of an adult.
Now think about this – God has set the “femur” bone to strengthen us to walk, run and do other activities. If God has arranged this to survive physically, how much more help and support does He provides to our spiritual life? Remember that God so loved us that He sent His only Son Jesus that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. The help came out of Zion to save and strengthen us spiritually.
Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but according to Psalm 20, if we trust in the name of the Lord our God, the Lord answer you when you are in distress and protects you (v.1), He sends help from the sanctuary (v.2), He gives you the desire of your heart, He makes all your plans succeed (v.3), and at the end, we shout for joy over our victory and lift up our banners in the name of our God (v.4)!
